Job Description : We are looking for a reliable, analytical thinking, professional, own the tasks attitude – individual to join our growing business as a site supervisor. The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing labor and overseeing projects, to maintaining project schedule and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused.ResponsibilitiesStrong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficientlyExcellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and internal teamsOversee day to day operations of the facilityManage the interior and construction project assignedMaintaining the records of materials received, used etc. and attendance of laborAbility to handle multiple projectsRisk assessment – projection of possible delays in the project and ensuring the project is completed on time as per the schedule.Share the progress updates reports to the project managersExtreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards qualityPrepare daily MISQualificationsB.E Civil or Diploma in civil engineeringExcellent knowledge of interior and constructionProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, measurement calculationsExperience in handling the interior and construction projects under pressureExperience in coordinating with the labor team and extracting work from them – Must HaveBe energetic and passion-driven individual and be ready to move around the city places for various projects.Should be a good bike rider and own the bike (Fuel allowances are available)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Perungalathur, Chennai – 600063, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Construction: 1 year (Preferred)Interior: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)
