Job Description : Looking for Project Coordinator with thorough knowledge in Documentation related to Projects into System Integration in Security Industry.Should be well versed with CCTV, PA, Access Control, Fire Alarm SystemLiaising with clients to identify and defined project requirements, scope and objectivesEnsuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolvesTechnical Documentation preparation as per the tender specificationEnsure that the documentation complies with tender regulations and get it approved from clientShould have knowledge of Quality Assurance documentation planningHandling Client Inspection & ensure to get release note of material from clientCoordination with internal Purchase & logistics team for smooth delivery of materialSkills Required” * Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance controlStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft PlannerJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 8 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
