Position : PSO Technical Assistant

Job Description : Update, maintain, and design pages in Microsoft SharePoint for the internal PSO communication portal.
Maintain the PSO training curriculum by testing courses, updating course maps, uploading webinar attendees, and generating reports.
Collect usage and adoption metrics for the PSO portal and trainings.
Maintain the PSO core community and PSO team lists.
Participate in other PSO projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
1+ year Microsoft SharePoint required
1+ year Microsoft Excel required
1+ year Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
BA/BS in a technical discipline preferred
2+ years of professional experience in a technical environment
English fluent
