Candidate should have 7 to 9 years of working experience on Cisco & Checkpoint high end devices like Routers, Switches (Catalyst & Nexus), & firewalls, other technologies than Cisco/Checkpoint added advantage.
CCNA / CCSA with additional CCNP/CCSE certification would be an advantage
Should have knowledge of routing protocols like EIGRP/ OSPF & BGP.
Candidate Should have hands on experience on Cisco Meraki WAP’s, switches and Firewalls.
Candidate should have knowledge/Experience of SD-WAN
Knowledge / Experience of VeloCloud SD WAN
A good Troubleshooting and configuration skills on Cisco switches (Catalyst and other).
Understanding of concepts of Radius / NTP / SNMP / line parameters and DHCP to configure the new switches or standardize the old switch configuration accordingly.
Upgradation and new installations of Cisco Switches and Checkpoint firewalls.
Should have problem-solving ability of day to day tasks in client environment ticketing tools like Service now, Managed Engine etc.
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in shifts to provide 24*7*365 support
