Job Role Description:
The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for managing day to day transactional work (general ledger entries, payment preparations, data updates, etc.). He or She will be reporting to our senior manager International Accounts. Enchanting travels looks for this role for an experienced professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in‐depth understanding of the professional field; independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions:
Responsible for managing day to day transactional work
General ledger entries
Data updation
Assistance in Bookkeeping
Payment preparations
Accounts preparation
Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
Knowledge of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
Keeping account books and systems up to date
What we’re looking for:
Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
Preferred to have 4+ years of accounting/finance experience.
Strong understanding of accounting theory.
Familiarity with SAP Finance module is an added advantage
Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Proficiency with excel, google spreadsheets
Ability to work in collaboration with all team members and external agencies.
