Job Description : Who we are looking for
This role of Service Governance Lead will be responsible for providing leadership and setting strategic direction for all aspects of service governance. Person will drive future strategy and be responsible for the design, execution and implementation of a new operational risk mitigation program across global delivery organizations. The person will manage engagement with multiple State Street and JV locations and will interact directly with the leads to ensure minimal delays in service. This person will work closely with key leaders to understand trends and patterns to improve timeliness and accuracy of process and strengthen State Street’s risk excellence model.
What you will be responsible for
Work closely with Service Governance Head to set up a robust governance structure in place.
Working closely with Process and Product owners, peers and other leaders in the achievement of corporate standards for operational excellence.
Ensure monthly and weekly governance meetings are held on time and enhanced KPI reporting, hotspot tracking are in place.
Drive the JVs to be in alignment with SS teams and produce results on the strategic goals.
Lead the discussion on annual SLA reviews, executive reporting and act as an interface for the board and various executive committee.
Serve as a single point of contact for all service governance related issues.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our approach and objectives.

12 years + experience in financial services.
