Job Description : Looking for Social media manager to be a part of a new upcoming independent sustainable Lifestyle and fashion accessory brand. It’s a promising start-up with a small and a growing team. We aspire to work very hard and our get our hands dirty while getting the work done within a lot of constraints (particularly budget and time). The studio is presently based in Shahpurjat, South Delhi.*Your Day-to-day work would be like: * Develop, maintain, and execute social media marketing strategies and managing and scheduling the social media calendar.Handle social media activities across platforms and generating content and monitoring the same for the brand.Assist with the planning of social media marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the websiteIdentify and build relationships with prominent influencers and leadersResearch relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users*Skill Set and qualifications: *Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion design / accessory design / jewellery design or related field.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Proficient in Social Media Marketing, MS-PowerPoint, Digital Marketing, MS-Excel Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom CC, Canva and other relevant software and applications.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Must be willing to take ownership of all relevant aspects of the tasks assigned.Expected Start Date: 1/3/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, InternshipSalary: ₹8,159.00 – ₹18,150.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)Experience:Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
