The role:
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers / vendors.

Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and negotiating products and services to be purchased.

Coordinating with vendor on timely delivery of goods and services

Coordinate with Finance on payment

Handling Transportation Responsibilities ( cab services for employees)

Handling Stores & all store inventories.

Managing office facility, events, town halls, arrangement of PA system , board room setting etc.

What we need to see from you:
Have knowledge of IT Hardware

Developing interesting & fun user engagement activities

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to deliver on time

Prepare and submit relevant reports as required
