Job Description : Key skills expected:1.Exceptional creativity, conceptualization and copywriting skills2.6+ years of full-time agency experience as a copywriter and/ or Copy Team Lead/ Copy Head3.Team leading, hiring and mentoring experience4.Impeccable hold on English and Hindi, writing skills in Gujarati will be added advantage5.Great pitching and presentation skillJob description:1.Hire and mentor copywriters, assign them projects and align them to the company’s vision2.Leading all website, branding design and film projects; attending client briefing meetings for new projects and lead every subsequent meeting till the end of the project3.Approve all content of website, branding and film projects4.Concept, copy and design approvals in website, branding design and film projects, inspect each and every creative just before they are sent to the client or shared with the Director for his feedback5.Support Business Development Dept. with new business pitches and strategy preparation; presenting them to the client6.Identify top performers and potential leaders, train and nurture them to create L17.Work with Transformation Management Office (TMO) and HR Business Partner to coach team, nominate resources for skill upgradation training, identify the right courses, create training plans, assist team in better understanding company policies and maintain on floor discipline8.Assisting Account Managers and other Team Leaders during escalations across all creative teams9.Scoping out brand guideline projects and other larger or multi-team design projects10.Storyboard ideation help and approvals, presenting concepts, script reading, content map and 1st cut to the client along with the teams11.Ideation help for projects across all creative departments, whenever required12.Communication Crafts branding and marketing activities including internal communication, digital marketing, award nominations and more13.Prepare copy tests, KRAs, KPIs for the Copy TeamJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad – 380006, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
