Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIESThe Social Media Manager is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of client accounts. He/she will own the client relationship and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the client’s social presence.Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channelMeeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the teamWorking with the team to conceptualize a social campaign that meets the client’s briefManaging client’s social media pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts, and reporting metrics)Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the clientProviding inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategiesEnsuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the accountRefining the details of campaigns and ensuring that client’s challenges are being addressedPresenting creative work to clients for approval/modificationManaging budgets and campaign costsCreating reports for clients (campaigns and more)Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize themArranging and attending meetings in order to maintain a healthy relationship b/w client and agencyCreating ‘pitches’, along with the creative teamAccountable for account success, delivery quality, and client satisfactionPlay the role of collaborator in the team that works on a particular accountQUALIFICATION2+ years of professional experience in managing and growing social accountsAt least 1 year of experience in working within a digital, product, or creative agencyExcellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communicationExceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skillsAn expert storyteller with superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clientsAble to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights into smart digital solutionsAbility to collaborate effectively with all the teams of the agencySound business acumen and negotiation skillsExperience 2 To 3 YrsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Ellora Park, , Vadodara – 390023, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 30/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
