Job Description : Job description: Note: Its Night Shift job and Sat and Sun is fixed OffWe are looking for SEO Manager for our organization and candidates must have knowledge of US based projectsOptimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to ensure high-quality scores and low bouncesResearching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO successStay up to date with the latest Google algorithm changes as well as SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across major search channels to improve rankings and understand SEO strategy performanceDevelop and implement link-building campaignsPerforming ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimizationResearching and implementing search engine optimization recommendationsResearching and analyzing competitor links and onsite strategiesWorking with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed codeRecommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Desired Candidate Profile2+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategyMust have a proven track record of driving results (SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions)Must have a solid understanding of SEO best practices for both content and technical verticals (Hub and spoke content building)Proficiency in paid and free SEO tools (SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)Hands-on experience with web analytics tools & search engine referral tracking/benchmarking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)Expertise in A/B and other testing methods is preferredFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferredUnderstanding of technical-SEO fundamentals (page markup & schemas, URL structures, site crawl performance, server vs. client-side rendering, caching & CDNs, XML, etc.)Proficient with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysisIn-depth knowledge of research principles and experience in analyzing and reporting data (Tableau, Data Studio, Excel, etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentA problem-solver with keen trouble-shooting abilities that communicates effectively with peersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceHealth insuranceSchedule:Night shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Lucknow – 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Search Engine Optimisation Executives: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
