Job Description : We are looking for an outgoing and independent person to join our team!This would be a position handling recruiting, client relations and account management.Qualified candidate will be able to:· multitask and prioritize· have attention to detail· have great customer service· work efficiently with computer based programs· be Microsoft Office proficientYour job duties would include:· Answering the phone, Using the multi-line phone system· Greeting, assisting and managing any Walk-In traffic· Assisting with Job/Social Media postings· Completing Reference Checks via phone· Navigating and utilizing a cloud-based software program· Aiding new applicants with their online application and paperwork· Recruit and fill various job assignments· Schedule interviews and new assignments· Communicate with clients and employees to ensure all jobs are filledSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)Client Services & Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
