We live by these shared values: We are Good Stewards, We believe in Uncompromising Quality, We work as One Team, We Play to Win, and We Genuinely Care for each other.What you will do: The Stewardship Coordinator will promote and expand environmental and community efforts in the Boardman community, help promote internal communications and assist with farm-related projects.Here’s a day in the life: Coordinate all Boardman-related monetary and product donations. Prepare documents and data for internal meetings, accurately track donations in CREZ budget, and serve as the Site Champion and vet and approve small donations.Build new and maintain existing community partnerships in Boardman community, corresponding with organizations, assisting them with grant applications and doing background research.Represent TCCA in the community at events, meetings, or on committees.Work with ECI team, logistics, supply chain and operations departments to streamline distribution of all product donations out of Boardman facility.Assist ECI and Operations team with Stewardship-related projects such as water, energy and waste program implementation and data collection and analysis.Help liaison and coordinate logistics for tours involving Boardman location assets. Work with Farm Services, Communications, Marketing and other departments to host projects such as plant and farm tours, photo/video shoots, and visits with agency partners and customers.Contribute content as appropriate on Boardman-location subjects for employee and member newsletters and for external storytelling, such as on LinkedIn.Support coordination and execution of Boardman-location employee events (semi-annual employee meetings, CEO townhalls, summer BBQ, employee appreciation event, etc.) and employee engagement activities (corporate giving campaigns, volunteerism opportunities and participation in locally sponsored events like fairs, parades, etc).At direction of Corp Comm Mgr., help distribute TCCA news to local Boardman media outlets and help monitor for local coverage.Knowledge, skills, and abilities: High School Diploma required. Post- secondary education is preferred.1-2 years of experience as a Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or a related role is required.Passion for Tillamook’s presence in the Boardman community and serving as an ambassador for our organization. Experience and interest in working with community organizations, schools and other partners in Morrow County a plus.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the capability to prioritize and manager multiple projects at once.Professional communication skills: writing, speaking, and formal presentations.A positive “One Team” mentality. Experience working on cross-functional teams, projects and activities.Committed to continuous growth and improvement.
