Job Description : APS L2:
Prepare test plan -including test cases, test scenarios, test steps, requirements traceability matrix.Conduct any preliminary training with team members or end-users choosing to participate in testing.Prepare communication plan – updating testers, providing daily updates on testing progress, updating product manager on any challenges/roadblocks for assigned testing window.Working closely with development team to address bug fixes, enhancements or other FEMA production issues.Perform UAT testing.Provide sign-off for UAT deployments.Creating videos/Documents or conducting end user trainings on the new releases.
Incident and Problem Management:
Acknowledge and Resolve incident tickets raised for service interruption.Create INC tickets to SA/DBA/Dev team for service outage, proactively, in the event of an incident.Recognize repetitive INCs, create a problem ticket/JIRA and work accordingly towards resolutionProactively identify areas of improvement or prevention.
