Job Description
To provide administrative assistance to our Talent Acquisition in sourcing and screening candidates and maintaining relevant data.
Recruitment Process
Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to source prospective candidates using a variety of internal and external channels such as Employee Referral programmes, Smart recruiter, LinkedIn and Professional networks
Coordinate with headhunters and staffing agencies for suitable profiles as per Company requirement
Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Schedule Technical interviews with Technical Panel and follow up on feedback
Schedule Final Interviews with shortlisted candidates
Act as first point of contact to candidates in the recruitment process
Co-ordinate on Contract issuance with HR
Assisting HR with new hire onboarding process Maintain candidate data in internal recruitment database
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Manage employee referral process and track relevant payments
Career Page and ‘Smart Recruiter’ / Employer Branding
Post positions on internal career page
Administrative work on application management (informing candidates of interview status/rejections)Perform any additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when required by the management.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years prior work experience in the field of technical recruitment
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Good knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices
Basic understanding of SAP Technologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with experience using internet sourcing such as LinkedIn and HRIS tools
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
Ability to build professional relationships with all stakeholders
Ability to influence and negotiate
Be proactive with the ability to work with minimal supervision/follow-up
