Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll manager
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
Excellent communication skills
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Payroll reconciliation
Direct Deposit Enquiry
On-cycle Payroll
Processing Pay adjustments
Generate & post payroll journals
Employee T&A reconciliation
Audit Management
Escalation management
Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
Query resolution

Skills Required

End to End Understanding of Payroll,HR (COE and Ops)
Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( Verbal and Written)
Good Analytical capabilities
Administrative writing and reporting skills
Problem Solving Skill
