Felelősségek
Daily work planning, schedule and tracking for the customers.
Trouble shooting, resolving customer complaints within 24 hours to 48 hours & maintain records.
Handling of ISO activities in the department.
Send routing instructions to overseas as per format. Sharing pre alerts with customer & updating IGM & arrival details.
Liaise with OPS for timely D.O. release in cases of delays reported by customer /broker
Follow with customer on phone & email for uncollected D.O. & keep OPS advised. Close coordination with the ops team on the release of documents.
To attain customer delight by meeting TAT.
Handover/Scan copy of transition set to Operations HOD

2. 3-5 Years of Experience
