What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Content Developer 3, you will be responsible for working with internal and external organizations to develop, plan and write/edit internal and external technical documentation and ensuring a world class customer experience with Dell technologies global customers.
You will:
Write and edit structured models for products that have moderate level of complex features or components.
Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.
Research and translate technical information into manuals and web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to manage and deliver content.
Write clear and concise content which includes interface language, accessibility content, and Ux guidelines for the end users.
Participate in the development process lifecycle which includes design, build, test, release, and maintenance for applications.
Implement Usability and content strategies across Dell products.
Create and maintain user experience guidelines that are in line with the Dell Technologies brand, voice, and tone.
Moderate level of complex work with daily direction by management or senior level team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects that are simple in scope.

Essential Requirements
5 to 9 years of technical writing experience
Advanced knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Knowledge of industry standards such as DITA, XML, and HTML
Project/Program management skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and schedules.
Structured authoring and experience in working on a content management system.
Experience with Microsoft office applications.
Conduct competitive analyses of competitor products that provide the same experience.
Good understanding and knowledge of technical writing, Ux writing, and editing
