Job Description : Vertical – Risk Management (Secure and Un – Secure Loans)
Geos – Middle East
Segregating and analyzing the allocations based on parameters – current balance, designations, home country location etc.
Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
Generating PTP’s and ensuring greater than 80% conversions
Providing timely and accurate feedback on each account
Exhibiting extra initiative in improving contactability in the pool
Informing lead associates about any potential escalations
Discharging duties with in the limits as set by the Code of Conduct
