Position : Vacancy For Sr. Executive – Accounts, Lower Parel
Job Description : 1) Responsible for the functioning, reporting and results of the Accounts Department, Purchase Department and Sales Order processing with reporting to Directors.2) Oversee the team of 3-5 executives in Accounts Dept, Purchase Dept. and Sales Order processing.3) Oversee day to day accounting transactions and entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Expenses, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Petty Cash Vouchers, Purchase Orders, etc.) in our ERP system.4) Oversee day to day transactions and operations of the purchase department.5) MIS, Analysis and Projection Reports6) Process monthly salaries and maintain HRMS Software – attendance module.7) Oversee preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement & Monthly Outstanding Report of Debtors, Creditors A/c.8) Collections from customers for Outstanding Payments. In case of bad debts, leading and co-ordinating legal options and recovering company’s receivables.9) Preparation of working and online payments for TDS & GST return filing.10) Co-coordination with Statutory & Internal Auditors, Banks.11) Ensure no queries are raised in CA audits.12) Management Representative for ISO Audit and Compliance for Sales, Dispatch, Purchase, HR & Admin Departments13) Demonstrate initiative and creativity in streamlining the departments workingJob Specification: · Experience working in ERP Software is a must· Very good in MS-Excel· Excellent knowledge of GST Taxation, and other taxation· 15+ years of handling the account’s profile in a manufacturing company.· Experience in ISO Audits is preferred· Excellent written & verbal EnglishJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:total work: 7 years (Preferred)
