Job Description : Overview:

3-6 years experienced Tester for Retesting special customer complaints (Connectivity)
Responsibilities:

Handling, testing and communicating customer issues and complaints on connected Motorcycles.
The issues have to be grouped by cause and severity. (A good overview of the connected functions is needed) –
The issues have to be retested and traces have to be collected.Traces to be communicated to a trace analyst
Issues to be forwarded to the specific supplier causing the error.
Customer Communications on status of the issues
Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering
Skills:

Quality Analysis
Testing and defect management life cycle
Connected systems Testing
Manage issue queue effectively and within defined schedules

Experience:

3-6 years
