Your tasks will primarily include:

coordinate, optimize and drive development processes and ensure the framework for the centre’s cross-cutting focus areas
provide good use of data for evaluation and development purposes
facilitate and organize involving processes with employees and citizens
translate policy objectives and guidelines into practice
ensure holistic thinking, knowledge sharing and support and strengthen the interdisciplinary collaboration in the organization
spar with subject coordinators, management, employees and other partners
build bridges between different bodies and actors in and outside the municipality
Job Requirements:
has a good understanding of data, is analytically strong and can manage projects safely ashore
has a sharp, communicative pen and good communication skills
is a team player who helps you and your colleagues play each other well
