Job Summary

WTW has embarked on a multi-year programme to embed its physical and digital information security standards across the business. That is, ensuring clients, business partners and internal information is protected appropriately at all times. The Information Security Programme (ISP) covers all areas of the Willis business and aims to deliver prioritized and fit for purpose enhancements for each Willis business globally.
Access Governance is one of a number of initiatives which will deliver a series of changes over the ISP lifecycle.
You will work closely with business management, IT and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of WTW Access Governance Team. This includes working closely with members of the Access Governance Team and other business units, supporting them to Complete the Quarterly Access Recertification’s. This also includes of User Access Recertification, Dormant Account Recertification’s and not limited to WTW but all the subsidiaries of WTW’ integrated along with the timelines.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

§ Conducting timely User Access reviews
§ On-Boarding new applications and creation of knowledge base
§ Knowledge transfer to the new team members

Communications and Relationships

§ Report status regularly to Access Governance Manager
§ Communicate and ensure execution of Sox and non-Sox Critical Application Recertification
§ Deliver ongoing status updates to WTW Access Governance Team Management and Service Owners on the Weekly Calls
§ Provide challenge and escalate risk and issues where appropriate.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Qualifications:
§ Qualified to degree level, preferably in a business, IT or security related subject.
§ Keen knowledge of Access Governance best practices and experience with Identity Access Management technology.
§ Carry experience from Technology support or Application support background
§ Be interested in developing skills and knowledge in information security.
§ Formal training in security will be added advantage
§ Whilst this is not a hands-on technical role, the role holder will be expected to demonstrate a strong awareness of technology and how IT is used to enable business processes.

§ Experience in a business-facing (rather than purely IT facing) role
§ Experience of delivering to tight timescales.
