Position : Accountant – Finance
Job Description : This is an Accountant and Finance position to handle all activities related to accounting (computing, filing, payments, taxes, reporting) plus additional administrative tasks as required. We prefer candidates who have additional accounting certifications such as CA.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining all accounting documents in filing systems and sending scan copies to auditors once in a week.Maintaining books of accounts of Unspun, Assiduus in Tally and preparation of GST & TDS computations on a monthly basisPreparation of Consulting / Distribution agreements based on standard agreement templatesCoordination with Bankers and submission of stock statements etc.Preparation of Invoices, Stock Transfer Notes, E Way bills etc for dispatch of productsMaintaining payment trackers and sending reminders to directors as and when payments are dueCoordinating with bankers for fund transfers and other transactions.Customer account reconciliations and preparing statement of accounts and credit note advises to clientsFund management and payment processingRequirementsCA or Half CA & Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeMinimum 3-5 years of Work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and proceduresHands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, Fresh Books, and QuickBooks advantageStrong English Communication skill, with Writing EmailsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:Bengaluru – 560095, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Expected Start Date: 11/04/2022
