Job Description : · Medical shop sales and purchase entry· Checking daily cash statement and bank statement· Daily checking sales and purchase bills.· Sales return is done both in Tally and Software but purchase return is done in Tally.· Attendance and Salary reports maintenance for medical shop.· Followup of Medicine Purchasing payment to the supplier and GST filing status .· Accounts maintenance of Contact lens like sales and purchase entry using Tally and checking whether the amount is settled correctly.· Voucher and payment receipt maintenance.· Passing of journal entries· Assisting on the annual statutory audit, follow up, clarification & co-ordination· Preparation of annual accounts statements.· Bank documents have to be verified with our ledgers and service taxes have to be checked.· Monthly verified BRS & Monthly Statement· Monthly Sales reconciliation with the System and the Tally entry· Weekly verified Credit Sales reconciliation System and Tally Entry· All report and Documentation should be sent to H.O regularly· Quarterly audit to be conducted by the auditor and prompt reply has to be given.· In every year-end books of all A/c’s and Vouchers have to be sent to the auditor for verification.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹8,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Tally: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
