Job Description : · Dealing with Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices· Prepare and process accounts cheques, wire transfers and ACH payments· Coding, Billing, Journal entries etc.· Reconciling and monitoring accounts are up to date· Analysis of accounts· Month end closing and reporting of accounts· To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash· Reconciling and Updating Accounting systems· Maintain up-to-date billing system, follow up and collection of payments· Preparing reports on monthly basis and quarterly basis for Financial reporting· Maintain accounts receivable customer file and follow established procedure for receipts, cash, etc.· Preparing salary accounts and ensuring that salaries are paid on time and accurate· Conducting audits for payrolls· Performance management and improved tracking systems· Provide Analysis of Statistical data to Finance manager and recordkeeping· Various reporting and accounting related duties· Audit of case-related itemsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:N/AApplication Question(s):Desired Education and Experience : CA Inter or ACCA with At least more than 3 Years of Experience.Expected Start Date: 21/03/2022
