Job Description : We have an exciting opportunity for a LOGISTICS ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR with excellent communication and customer service skills. Accuracy and timely completion of duties and information is a key component for this position.Key Responsibilities: Customer Invoicing Requirements, i.e. sends out invoicing to customersAssist all departments with obtaining missing documents from customersAR workflow site, work and clear items, add comments, invoice submission info TR #, date, etc.Resolve payables that do not match to pay in Enterprise SystemIntercompany invoice resolutionSteamship line Statement resolutionSet up vendors & customersWork reports to reconcile- wrong branch, billings not competed, outstanding costs, monitor Profit & Loss marginsAudit and approve credit card payment requests to assist productOrdering Supplies for stationOcean Payables submit/Follow-UpCheck Requests submit/Follow-UpPaying/approval of invoices for all productsCommunicate with payables group for payment details/ Vendors Invoice/ StatementsWork to resolve open items on a vendor’s statementPrint Intercompany invoices/ back up doc’s / clear orphan docsSupport ops with missing doc’sSubmit weekly O/T report to managersDeferral amounts sent to financeComplete billing for selected customers in billing systemInvoice Attestation fees – monthly billingManage spread sheets on I share – Update DailyAnalyze financial reports, perform deep dives with operationsCreate/manage customer hypercare reports as neededOther duties as assignedSkills / Requirements: Associate Degree in Accounting or working equivalentFunctionally competent with MS Office6 months or 1 years of AP experienceStrong, applicable problem solving /analytical skillsDemonstrated Organizational SkillsHigh Level Leadership Skills (communication, motivation and interpersonal skills)Demonstrates strong communication capabilitiesEasily capable of making well informed decisionsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Night shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Tally: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
