Position : Accounting Clerk

Job Description : The accounting clerk position that we are hiring for will give the ideal candidate an overall view of all the accounting work. This is a great entry-level position for someone with a passion for the industry. Previous experience in accounting is preferred.

AR

Process new group bookings
Set up new corporate accounts in accordance with policies and procedures
Invoice groups, create and send receipts and invoices to the group contacts and Sales managers
Post ledger payments, reconcile and bill accounts. Perform follow-up billing, collection documentation and inform management of potential uncollectible accounts.
Reconcile credit card back up and inform management of any discrepancies. Bill out credit cards (AMEX, MC, VISA ) etc.
Process credit cards disputes
Reconcile, process franchise invoices and payments
Generate applicable AR reports
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
Any other duties / tasks as requested by management.

AP

Set up new vendors via Corporate
Enter, scan and post invoices to M3
Statements reconciliation
Create new checkbooks for each month

Payroll

Payroll cost analysis reports

All other duties as assigned.
