Job Description : Glyde is a residential solar energy company that helps homeowners understand and implement quality, affordable solar power. Founded in 2020 and based in Lehi, Utah, Glyde is one of the fastest residential solar companies in the nation. Glyde is seeking an experienced Payroll Commission Specialist to work on a team that is responsible for running weekly payroll. The candidate will perform duties that require an understanding of company policies, systems, and procedures with a strong level of customer service.

Prepare weekly commission calculations for all sales rep
Ability to read and decipher payroll reporting from payroll systems
Cross training and back-up responsibilities of other payroll resources as assigned
Always follow the company policies and procedures
Communicate in an effective and professional manner
All other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
