Job Description : We are looking to hire a Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance and accounts manager are expected to be detail-oriented, individual contributor and manager [ Hands on Manager not administrative], knowledgeable about income tax, Ind AS, internal controls, have strong problem-solving skills, and an inquisitive/ thinking mind.Essentials skills: · Thorough and hands on experience, knowledge of income tax, filing return, income tax audit report completion, assessment· Good with book-keeping and review of books on monthly basis. Should be willing pass entries and work with resources to ensure good quality books. Books are maintained in Tally accounting system· Good knowledge of internal control concepts· Interacting with Auditors and support audit process· Assist in planning and forecasting activities with CFO to achieve business and company goals.· Handling preparation of MIS reports and reconciliation statements as well as undertaking analysis for key indicators to assist CFO.· Preparation of financial information or financial statements.
