Job Description : Responsibilities and DutiesJob responsibilities of Accounts Manager:Daily Petty Cash & Banking TransactionsPurchase, Sales & Journal BookingCreating Salary Slips and Salary StatementReconciliation – Bank, Vendor & CustomerPreparation of Vendor PaymentsPreparation of Bank ReconciliationPreparation of Vendor & Customer ReconciliationFinalization of Books of Accounts and creating Trial balance in TallyMonthly Filing of GST, TDS payment, and ReturnsPreparation of necessary documents or data as per requirementCoordination with Bankers, Vendors & Internal Auditor as per requirementDocumentation of Compliances required for various auditsFiling of Annual ITR and audit in a timely manner by co ordinating with the chartered accountantReconciliation of all accounts and GSTR 2A reconciliation from portalAbility to work in a Team and meet tight deadlinesScrutinizing Client’s, Vendor’s account statement and taking action against any discrepanciesFollow up with Client for remittance of due paymentOperating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accountsMonthly Cash Flow budgeting and Planning of Vendor payments as per schedulePreparation of job cards, and scrutiny of Contract Labour payments.Minimization of Costs by regularly creating debit notes for rejected raw material.Banking Relationship/ GST RECONCILIATIONPayments, purchase orders, and work orders verificationCreate Outstanding age-wise and Receivables as perdue.To create a Provisional Balance sheet on TallyShould have organizational skillsRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsPreferred Location near Thane.6 – 9 Years of accounting experienceAdvanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databasesExcellent knowledge of TDS, GST, and all tax-related issues.Should have advanced skills on Tally to generate reportsAbility to manipulate large amounts of dataProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulationsGood Communication and Analytical SkillsFluency in drafting emails regarding any issues to be reportedThorough Working knowledge of Tally SoftwareShould be able to speak and write English.Should be able to coordinate in a teamJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceLeave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Account management: 5 years (Required)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 30/03/2022
