What’s in it for you:

1 year contract
– Monday – Friday: 8AM – 5:00PM

Remote (will eventually report to office 2 times a week)
– Pay Rate: $21 – $27/hr. DOE

Located in Los Angeles, 90095

What you will be doing:
– Managing the day – to – day operations associated with the electronic invoicing methods

Implementing new vendors, monitoring usage, auditing transactions, and processing electronica invoices
Performing outreach to convert vendors from non-electronic to electronic invoicing
Addressing customer service inquires for vendors with questions regarding electronic invoicing set up
Applying proper policy, procedures, and coding while processing payments , including requirements for contracts, leases and other specialized payments

The skills we are looking for:

3+ years’ experience in accounts payable
Skilled analyzing information, identifying problems, and finding solutions
Ability to enter data and utilize spreadsheets
Excellent customer service and communication skills
