Leaf Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join us.
You will be responsible for providing timely payables processing – including invoice processing, expense reporting, and account coding. This position may also perform expense report audits and handle special projects as they arise. This is a great opportunity to work with a team that is dedicated to creating efficient processes and providing great customer service within our department.

A typical day might include:

Reviewing Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy, necessary approvals, and proper coding.
Creating Accounts Payable Invoice batches with minimal errors and within vendor payment terms resulting in no late fees.
Maintaining great customer relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal (employee) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information.
Involvement in the expense reporting process. Assisting with expense report audits and other audits as needed.
Participating in special projects and preparing ad-hoc reports as required.
Provide support to other departments and the business as needed.

What You Have

3+4 years processing high volume Accounts Payable in a medium to large sized company.
Experience with Oracle is a plus.
Strong understanding of fundamental accounts payable practices and procedures.
Intermediate skill level in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats – no job being too small or too large.
