Accounts Payable Specialists work with Divvy’s largest clients to process, track, and reconcile their payments via credit card. The AP Specialists are responsible to manage the end to end process of client payments from tracking and fulfilling to calling vendors and ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner.
What You’ll Be Doing

Create spreadsheet templates in Excel to manipulate payment data and efficiently process payments.
Manage email inboxes and answer vendor inquiries for a handful of Divvy’s largest clients.
Manage virtual credit card limits for secure payment processing.
Call vendors to ensure payments are received and processed in a timely manner.
Track payment file information in Salesforce.
Participate in customer calls as needed.
Reconcile payment files to make sure all are processed correctly

Requirements

Deep understanding of Divvy’s customer
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
Understanding of accounts payable processes
Ability to manipulate data in Excel
Effective communication abilities
Ability to work cross functionally and with 3rd party vendors
Ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
