Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to departments or projects as needed.Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of tasks assigned to multiple departments.Coordinate between different departments to make sure of a smooth flow of tasks and achieving deliverablesManaging and updating company databases.Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.Maintaining client records and dealing with clients and external vendors.Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.Performing other duties as assigned.Should coordinate with departments like Operations, Marketing, HR etc.Who Should apply? 1+ years in admin operations role and has a clear idea of deliverablesStrong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.Should be proactive and have the ability to multitask.d.
