What you’ll achieve
As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will take care of the vital details that keep our business running smoothly, worldwide. Diverse departments rely on our team for all kinds of administrative assistance and secretarial duties – from preparing correspondence, presentations and reports, to maintaining confidential, business-critical records and information.
You will:
Handle the calendar management for leadership and support logistics towards new hires and exit cases.
Look in to Vendor Management and handle events – both at site and virtually.
Provide Expense claims support to Leaders & team members and complete admin support towards team events and executive visit arrangements.
Coordinate Meeting / conference rooms bookings and any weekly event arrangements and screen telephone calls.
Handle all logistics to support including large scale meetings like Town Hall, Huddles, etc.

Essential Requirements
1 to 3 years experience in supporting executives in an Executive Assistant/Support/ Event Management or similar role.
Basic knowledge of MS office tools is a must (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Good know how & hold on – MS outlook, MS Teams and calendar management.
Should be a quick learner with good analytical and creative skills.
Should be approachable, have a good attitude, be self-driven and proactive.
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge on Concur and on travel & Visa arrangements (US / any other country).
Knowledge on SAP tools like Ariba preferred and share point preferred.
