Job Description Summary:
The Admin Assistant will join an experienced team of specialists working closely with multiple departments to ensure success of long-range goals and strategies. The Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting with general administrative tasks in the fields of Office Administration, HR, Basic IT, Basic Accounting, and Purchases (Office Supplies).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Office Manager and other stakeholders on multiple assignments
Support the administration of government related registration and documentation.
Assist with documentation and records keeping
Communicate with vendors and support the procurement activities
Manage the office supplies and facility assets
Maintain and manage company books, reports, records, and other company documents
Assist upper-level management with other necessary administrative tasks
Maintain and monitor general policies and procedures followed throughout the company
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fields.
1-2 years of experience in administration is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Highly organized and attentive to details.
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive schedules
Bilingual in Arabic and English
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with normal work hours and workdays. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
