Job Description : The mission of the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO), District of Utah is to enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime; to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior; and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all.
This is a full time position, working eight (8) hours per day, Monday-Friday, except for Federal Holidays.
Specific duties include:
· Answer telephone, provide answer to caller or direct call to the appropriate person.
· Receive visitors to the office, provide information as required.
· Log in visitors as required and inform person who scheduled meeting their guest has arrived.
· Process mail/courier deliveries and place in appropriate mailbox
· Prepare mail by placing postage on mail and placing in mailbox
· Prepare courier deliveries and give to couriers.
· Assist in keeping supply room stocked.
· Files documents as required.
· Schedules meeting rooms when requested.
You will be required to pass a basic criminal background check.
1-2 years of related experience is required.
3 background references are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
