Position : Administrative Assistant

Job Description : The Administrative Assistant role performs functions critical to the day-to-day operational success of each site. The position reports to the Director of Operations and supports operational, financial and people related functions.
What you’ll be doing:
Schedule appointments, answer phones, take messages, provide information to callers, and relieve supervisor of clerical work and routine administrative and business tasks.Assist supervisor with functions related to processing expenses, Microsoft Outlook, and other software programs.Assist with creation of materials for meetings.Oversee file organization and management.Conduct data entry and maintenance of database.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), PC and email applications.Keen attention to detail.Self-directed and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.Team-oriented mindset, complemented with the ability to work independently.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: From $780.00 per week

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
