Job Description : An investment banking firm located in downtown Chicago is seeking a driven Administrative Assistant to join their busy team. The Administrative Assistant will support a team of Investment Bankers with critical work and is a crucial part of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who prides themselves in organization and thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and wants to work with a growing company. The salary for the Administrative Assistant position is $65k-$75k dependent on experience.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Calendar management including but not limited to meetings and travel
Compose invoices, expense reports, and client presentations
Track necessary information in CRM database
Act as the Office Manager for the Chicago office
All internal correspondence via phone, email, and in person
Inform company of any and all protocols in place
Handle sensitive and confidential material
Special events and other tasks as assigned

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment; ideally professional services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Anticipate and solve problems that may arise
Highly organized and independent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely reliable and willing to work overtime if necessary
