Job Description : Assists the Office Manager with the day-to-day activities and is responsible in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running. Is also responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assist in creating reports by coordinating with accounts & purchasing, drafting letters required by the company, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages, and all other administrative tasks.In a fast-paced industry, we need an Admin Assistant who is quick-witted, learns fast, flexible and resilient.Administrative assistant requirements:Proven admin or assistant experienceKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficient in MS OfficeAt least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related areacollege degree preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All applicants are required to wear a face mask and social distancing is observed.Ability to commute/relocate:Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:administrative assistant: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Application Deadline: 24/03/2022
