Job Description : 3+ years supporting Microsoft Identity Manager in a large enterprise environment

Deep understanding of codeless Portal processing

Experience with MIMWAL based workflow creation

Extensive PowerShell Scripting experience

Experience with MIM Reporting based on SCSM platform

Thorough understanding of Microsoft SQL

Experience coordinating on-boarding of new services into the MIM environment

Experience troubleshooting synchronization and workflow related issues

Very good understanding of Windows Server design, configuration and administration

Ability to write and modify Rules Extensions – both MA Extensions and MV Extensions

Detailed knowledge on the functioning of the MIM sync engine different types of Connectors, Precedence, Run profiles, etc.,

In-depth Knowledge of implementing various use cases in the Enterprise Level.

Good Knowledge on the Migration scenarios.

Extensive knowledge of MIM portal like MPRs, Sets, Workflows, Schema extensions, UI elements of the Portal and Sync Rules.

Knowledge on FIM Reporting.

.NET Development using C#.

Hands On experience with MIM WAL.

Good Knowledge on PowerShell.

Experience in managing the inbound and outbound Synchronization flows across multiple data sources.

Experience in integrating out of the box connectors not limited to EERP, Active Directory, Exchange, etc. and in creating custom connectors.

Experience in configuring and managing the Management Agents.

Strong handson development skills in designing workflows, rules, roles, notifications, certifications, custom connectors, policies, entitlements etc,

bility to identify appropriate approach when working on complex technical issues.
