Roles and Responsibilities
Calling on cold and hot leads.
Responsible for handling enquiries and getting the enrolments done over the phone.
Performing counselling’s & guidance to the parent’s requirement via phone, face to face counselling.
Explaining the School standards academics, activities extracurricular and co-curricular, facilities, safety, fees.
Explaining the schools USPs.
Assisting parents throughout the admission process.
Coordinate all group arrangements.
Will have to ensure that enquiries are converted into admissions in the given time frame.
Manage offline and online Activities related to Communication and Branding (social media).
Follow up for tie ups with Preschools and share on with management on timely manner.
Supporting all other Marketing Activities and Events.
Promoting the school in the best possible way. Co-ordinate and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activity management. Help in promoting admission events for school through various social media platforms.
Responsible for all the documentation work regarding Admission process.
Promote positive relations with parents and tie up for Society events.
Coordinate with Finance department related to fees collection of new admissions.
