Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service and become a subject matter expert to give our clients answers to any questions they may have
· Serve as 2nd tier escalation agent across a range of banking departments via phone and chat
· Serve as customer advocate for non-regulatory complaints
· Track trends of customer complaints to notice patterns, and participate in projects to improve our systems
Basic Qualifications:
· Two plus years of customer service experience
· High School Diploma or GED
· Strong computer efficiency: strong PC skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Passion for delivering a great customer experience at scale
· Excellent collaborative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required
