Position : Analyst – Insurance Operations
Job Description : Handling member queries related to benefits, insurer app / portals
Handling reimbursement Claim queries and pre-approvals
Contentious claims management
Monitoring claims TAT’s
Dedicated claims support, query resolution and concierge service for the Sr Management – this is very important – Family, CEOs, Directors and their dependents etc.
Managing ex gratia claims settlement
Case management (Home country or high cost claims support)
Working with 20+ entities HR on the collation of renewal data
Activation of medical cards and policy
Medical insurance certificates for Travel or Visa etc. on request basis
Issuance of member handbooks at renewal
Ensure accuracy on policy documentation.
Preparing the communication roll out to be circulated to all members
Adhoc projects like Covid, PCR, Vaccinations etc
Individual treatment support – like negotiating tariff with hospitals /clinics for family members of employees – who are not under insurance
Adhoc Projects like Covid, Regional support whenever needed, market engagement like key Seminars/webinars/Awards nominations and the like
Operations, Addition Deletion and Invoicing:
Policy Administration :
Preparing monthly reports and invoices
Monthly census reconciliation between Broker Portal and insurer platform to ensure consistency of data
Reconciliation of the statement of account on a quarterly basis
Account Management :
Review the insurer service level dashboards every quarter & report the same
Monthly Raw claims data
Quarterly claims analytics and claims control solutions
Drive Teleconsultation solutions, chronic management schemes and any other claims analytics based solutions for cost containment
Relationship management with Senior executives, PRO, Key officers of some top hospitals (like the Head doctors, client/marketing directors)
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
Academic Qualifications : 4 years Bachelor’s Degree, preferably BS in Nursing,
Professional Experience : Client/Customer Servicing, Group Medical & Life Operations
Industry Experience: Group Life & Medical Insurance Background in UAE is a must
