Job Description : Job Title: AnalystLocation: Chicago, IL

Role 1
The day to day activities of the role will include:
· Account opening
· Dealing with queries relating to trade activity
· Dealing with issues with statements and confirms
· Facilitation of conversations between the Banks sales team on the PWM (Private Wealth Management) side and the external fund manager.
Role 2
· Interactions with internal and external admins and vendors
· Central conduit for day to day activities
· Work with PWM (Private Wealth Management), internal marketing, portfolio management team, legal, fund accounting, control ops
· Provide oversight to fund admins and books/recs team in line with internal procedures
· Deal with queries and co-ordinate payments, and other lifecycle activities within the Private Equity funds on the banks platform
· Bring in subscriptions and manage fund closing
· Handle any investor or fund initiated activity that touches the fund lifecycle
· Fund distribution and co-ordination events
· Responding to quarterly legal entity transfers
· Liaising with internal fund and external fund admin team and overseeing them
· Updating books and records.
Role 3 (role may suit someone who comes from a financial crime background, possibly has experience in KYC, AML or client onboarding)
· Work with a variety of teams to get investors onboarded onto the banks platform – legal, compliance, AML and then onboard the client onto the platform. Once the investor has cleared the legal, KYC, AML process, the candidate will complete the account set up for onboarding the investor, check the systems flows, and conduct any client communications.

Salary: $25.00 per hour
