Job Description : 1) Ensure proper screening of all donors before donation2) Conduct phlebotomy of donor and follow best phlebotomy practices in adherence to SOPs3) Collect blood samples for testing4) Follow Aphaeresis procedure5) Ensure donor engagement while donation and handle donor reactions6) Maintain stock of emergency medicines7) Conduct quarterly calibration of all medical equipments8) Preparation of Blood Bags9) Attend blood drives and Blood Mobile Van schedule.10) Do SDP and other special procedure as per SOP11) Documentation and maintenance of records12) Entry of donor & defer form in softwareJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Nikol, Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Diploma (Preferred)
