About the Role

You will manage the sourcing, development and ongoing acquisition of new creators to Twitch. You will nurture professional relationships and always be on the lookout for new opportunities for Twitch to engage with creators. You will work with other teams to ensure the seamless execution of artist content programs.

You understand the music industry dynamics and economics including creator platforms, new content formats and the digital music space. You will be excited by the opportunity to shape the future of Twitch music relationships in the face of growth plans.

This position can be located in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; and New York, NY.

You Will:
Be the front door to the artist community and wider music industry.
Oversee, filter, and prioritize music releases, centralizing and communicating information to your team whose programs and products are promoting artists.
Prioritize and set expectations related to how Twitch can develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
Partner with internal label business owners to ensure strategic approach to holistic relationships.
Contribute to the development of new music content programs for artists.
Work with partners to brainstorm and pitch creative artist strategies, content programs, and promotional opportunities.
You Have:
5+ years of music industry related experience working at a label, management, agency or in digital marketing at a DSP.
Artist management, label product management, artist relations, or artist marketing experience
Existing relationships with labels, artists, and management companies
Knowledge of growth goals of the music industry
Experience with strategic goals of traditional and new media landscapes, including social and content streaming platforms
Experience thinking ahead, proactively
Bonus Points
Prior artist relations, partner-facing, A&R or management experience within Tech industry;
Familiarity with Twitch as a broadcaster.
