Position : Assembler Specialist

Job Description : Position Summary
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce products such as Pumps, Part Washers, filters Part Washer, Tempest, and Turbo systems by performing the essential functions.
Essential Functions

Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together.
Cross training.
Uses air tools and/or hand tools such wrenches, screwdrivers for fitting or fastening operations.
Wire and test all units assembled for proper operation and assembly.
Test motor before building pumps, and Liftkleen.
Works at different workstations as production needs require.
Works where tasks vary as different model of same article.
Use gages and measuring tool for accurately.
Exercise proper safety measures to avoid injury and check out equipment for potential hazards.
Keep work area clean after his/hers work shift.
Verifies that all materials used match the bill of materials and report all needed corrections to his/her supervisor. (A.S.A.P.)
Capable to build all units in auto assembly.
Must be capable to train new employees.
Pick orders based on production demand.
Capable of working from diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
Drives forklift to transport complete unit to shipping area/or specified.
Pack all complete units in his/her area
Assemble electrical panel boxes.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and moderate heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday,
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret motor wiring diagrams, assembly blueprints and electrical schematic.
Salary info:
$25 – $30 / hr
