Position : Asset Coordinator (Marketing, Disney+)
Job Description : The Asset Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and tracking assets from us-logos, artwork, creative, and AV. The coordinator will organize, set up folders, and manage asset storage systems (export and import of assets) for the Creative Marketing team.
Responsibilities :
Assist Marketing Creative team by coordinating with external and internal partners and agencies to deliver assets (shows, clips, stills, briefs, style guides, deliverables, specs) for production.
Traffic creative elements to appropriate internal teams (i.e. Legal, Music Legal, Print Creative team, A/V team, Creative Content) for review/notes/approvals and report notes back to synergy team and partners
Work with legal and marketing groups to obtain approvals for creative elements
Schedule internal & external meetings as needed for team
Work closely with Creative Operations Manager to coordinate and complete additional assignments and departmental requirements as needed – such as invoices, purchase orders, SAP status, material requests, information gathering/archive sourcing, creation of binders, backup materials, etc.
Have basic understanding of specs and process for print and broadcast to communicate needs to agencies and partners, for print, digital and AV/finishing needs.
Assist in preparing for meetings (agendas, gathering of creative, presentation materials, etc.) for the VP, Marketing Creative.
Basic Qualifications :
Excellent computer proficiency – Mac & Windows: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, KeyNote
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Outstanding communication skills, written and oral
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously with excellent follow through
Proactive attitude to seek and manage new initiatives on behalf of the department as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a matrixed reporting environment
Required Education :
Bachelor’s degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field.
